TALLYATE is a product of Spurr Technologies Limited. THE PRODUCT IS IN TESTING STAGE and is undergoing changes.
1.1 The Services.
TALLYATE's website and domains, including talyate.com and any other webpages, sub domains,
country level domain variants that link or refer to this Privacy Policy (collectively, our "Site"),
all of the services available on or through the Site or otherwise provided by us are offered, maintained and provided by TALLYATE.
We refer to all of these as our "Services".
TALLYATE is owned and operated by Spurr Technologies Limited, who has it's principal place of business at (in Kingston,
Jamaica). Spurr Technologies Limited is the responsible party or data controller with respect to personal data collected through our services.

Through the Services, TALLYATE provides a simple and quick means for users collaboratively create, share and track activities relating to a
time spent on work done. We refer to all persons who use the site, other visitors and browsers of the Services collectively as "Users" or "you".

This Privacy Policy sets for the our policy with respect to information that can be associated with or which relates to a person and or

We may share your Personal Data with our contractors and service providers who process Personal Data on behalf of SpurrOpen.com to perform certain business-related functions.

Where it is in accordance with your marketing preferences, TALLYATE may send you electronic communications marketing or advertising the
Services themselves or events relating to the Services, to the extent you have registered for or used the
Services. You can also “opt out”
of receiving these electronic communications by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any such electronic communication.
(d) Retention.
It may take a while for us to process an unsubscribe request.
Even after you opt out of all electronic communications, we will retain your Personal
Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy, however, we will no longer use it to contact you.
10. Exclusions.
10.1 Personal Data Provided to Others.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Data that you provide to another User or visitor
through the Services or through any other means.

10.3 Aggregated Personal Data.
